Application areas of Limestone
Limestone is the main raw material for the production of cement, concrete coarse aggregate, lime, etc. Its crushing and grinding are generally dry process, and the corresponding process is selected according to different application fields:
For the limestone used in metallurgy and road construction, the ore is generally crushed and screened.
For the 80~325 mesh fine powder products used as feeding additives and ordinary fillers, the ore is generally broken by the ball crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher, etc., directly with Raymond mill, ring roller mill and other grinding.
For the ultrafine limestone powder and high-grade fillers used in flue gas desulfurization, ultrafine crushing and fine classification are generally carried out, and the process equipment is basically the same as the ultrafine crushing of calcite. The equipment that needs to be used is a ultrafine grinding mill or a ultrafine vertical mill.
According to the use of limestone raw materials can be roughly divided into:

Limestone Grinding Process

Stage 4: collection of finished products
The powder conforming to the fineness enters the dust collector through the air flow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then the powder filling tank truck or automatic baler is used for packaging.

Raymond mill
The capacity of Raymond mill is about 0.2~50 t/h, the max feed size is 35mm, and the fineness of the finished powder is about 50~325 mesh.
