High pressure grinding machine is used to crush more than 280 kinds of materials, such as barite, limestone, ceramics and slag. The hardness of these materials are not higher than Moh’s 9.3 levels, and the humidity is less than 6%. The grain size of the finished products is adjusted in the range of 80-425 mesh. High pressure medium speed pulverizer can produce 30-80 coarse powder by adding special device.
The roller hanger of this equipment is fastened with 1000-1500 kilograms of high pressure spring. After starting, the grinding roller revolves around the spindle. Under the action of the high pressure spring and the centrifugal force, the roller is clinging to the grinding ring and rolling, and the rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than the Raymond mill under the same dynamic condition. As a result, the output is greatly improved.
